SUper Special Monday Feeling.....

Mondays are always drab days....the weekend is over...and back to work...and the rush-rush of the thought I would show you pictures from last Stampin' Up! spoils us...and a gal can get use to this!
Here's my place setting at the leader's event, Centre Stage from last Friday.....fancy?  You bet!

This kind of place setting takes me back to my days in school when Ms. Gavlick was my teacher in Home Ec. class...I loved that class....but I can still remember my age, I don't remember much but she made a lasting impression.....I know many of you that are younger than I probably didn't even have a class like this...but we learned about setting the proper so much more....this place setting brings me back to those days!

Here was a stunning centerpiece...wasn't it lovely?  OMG....I felt so special that night!

Something I always seem to do when hosting a dinner at my house is to offer each guest a gift to take home....and this was just one of the gifts SU had for us...I have to admit that the taffy inside....OMG...there just wasn't enough...I'm now trying to decide what to put in the jar on my stampin' desk.....certainly not I would have to refill it over and over again.

I was so hungry when the meal came...but in my life...I think we should have dessert about this death by chocolate cake?  OMG...amazing!  I had to chuckle as the women at my table were having decaf with this amazing cake!  lol....really?

So...let's make Mondays a day of spoiling ourselves...maybe a special embellishment that you've had your eye on....or a new stamp set....or essentials such as SIP....Stamps....Ink....and Paper!

I hope you enjoyed my share today....I just could not explain how special I felt that you like to join me in April in Virginia?  That is going to be our next Local Centre Stage?

Contact me today....let's see what SU can do for you in your make you feel oh so special!

Have a SUper Stampin' Day!

Glimmer Hugs!

Stampin' Up! Ultimate Blog Hop in Honor of Breast Cancer Awareness

I'm super excited to be a part of this fun blog hop.... When I heard of this fun hop from Janet Wakeland....I had to jump at the chance to be a part of this.
Breast Cancer Awareness is a very important cause...just just for the month of October for it should be brought to our attention every day....but we especially have made October the month to remind us of how important it is to be tested.....
On a personal note, two years back I wasn't feeling well.  I went for the blood work, x-rays and all the normal types of testing....I was then sent for an abdominal ultrasound and there was something that showed to further understand what it was, I was then sent for more x-rays and a CAT was made quite clear that I had a lemon-sized mass in my left after discussing it at length with my urologist the decision was made to remove the kidney. We didn't know at the time what it was, malignant, non malignant, had to spread, was it encapsulat…

Out With The Old...In With the New Blog Hop

Thanks for stopping by today....I would like to welcome to our Blog Hop....we are saying good-bye to the old...and welcoming in the new!  Are you ready?
Let's put on our hopping shoes and go!
So...let's take a look....can you see what's old and what's new?

First off...the bear was used from the Cookie Cutter Christmas Stamp Set Item # 142043 along with the coordinating punch Cookie Cutter Builder Punch Item # 140396.

The new is the Lift Me Up Bundle Item # 144711 (w) and 144712 (c).  The stamp set is Lift Me Up and the Thinlits are Up & Away...the clouds were also done using the Thinlits Dies.

I also used our Cardstock Vellum and cut out the coordinating pieces for the back of the balloon...along with the basket thinlit.

I love this little bear....he's not just for babies and Christmas...I can see so many other things done using him.
Thanks for stopping by....time to hop on over to the next blog!
