Halloween Treats for the Kiddos

It's almost Halloween.....are you ready for your Trick or Treaters?

I don't get any kiddos on my street, but these days....it's probably best....scary world we live in, but all the fun events that are held in local towns is a great way to give out goodies for the kiddos...I can remember being a kid and going out Halloweening...we would leave the house at 5 pm..just barely dark and go for miles up and down streets...stopping home many times in-between to "dump our load" of goodies.....we always had one or two that would give out apples....yuck!
Right now, I would appreciate fresh fruits...lol

Anyhow....when my September Paper Pumpkin kit came in the mail I was so excited...now that my grandson is in daycare...this was a must for give aways....I even ordered extra refill kits when I saw they were available because I saw so many possibilities.....

My daughter got a bunch of fun things to fill them with (no candy cause they are little people)....we had all sorts of fun rings, Halloween stickers and (hopefully the parents are okay with it)....Play Doh....Travis is so into Play Doh....keeps him busy for about an hour or until it starts to dry up a little bit...and we have to put it away.

Here are the bundle of goodies to give out...hope they all like it.....

Be safe out there....and Happy Halloween!

Have a super stampin' day!

Borderline Buddies Day!

Happy Wednesday....yup...already!

It's also.....drum roll please......Borderline Buddies Day!  Woo Hoo!

This week was my turn for the challenge...I had no idea on what to pick...so I asked an expert...my daughter!

So she comes up with the idea of doing a name tag on a table...like if you were having a dinner party.
I don't know about you but when I hostess an event for my family, it's always such a big deal of where everyone is going to sit....so this would be so appropriate for my family at least and maybe an idea for you and your family as well!

If you go to the Dollar stores, you can find great things...and that is where the base of my share this week was from....

A simple large binder clip....how fun is this idea?

I love these snowflake medallions....I added a rhinestone to the center of it for a little bling...most of my creations have to have some sort of bling.....

I added some Designer Series Paper using our Snail Adhesive...and using glue dots added the snowflakes and sequins..,,along with a ribbon....and bow.....

This one of course is for Leanna.....

Now, let's head on over to see what my Canadian Borderline Buddies has created for

NOEL Paper Pumpkin Fun Continues....

Noel Paper Pumpkin Fun Continues.....

Here is a picture of the cards created using the Noel Paper Pumpkin Kit...and can you believe there are still consumables left over...and the best part....

The stamp set can be used over and over again as well as the Real Red Stampin' Spot...and I'm collecting a ton of the fun Paper Pumpkin boxes....that I'm wanting to create something with..just not quite sure what...YET.....lol

Isn't this fun?  I added the Real Red Cardstock and some glimmer paper and utilized one of our punches....really changes it up....

So I had a bunch of these little pieces of striped CS...what to do...what to do?

I made a tree...and used one of the glimmer stars to add to the top.... and even created the tree bucket using another scrap piece....I love the banner at the bottom...it's so easy to do. I just stamped the saying and then on each edge cut a small slit in the center and then trimmed from each end at an angle to create the banner.

So...have I convinced you yet to be a Paper Pumpkin member?

Give it a try...you won't be sorry!

Have a super stampin' day!
